Bio

Braden Pedersen, MBA, CFRE, is the CEO of Onyx Nonprofit Strategies, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, fundraising, and board development. Known for his clear, practical approach to nonprofit leadership, Braden has guided organizations through multi-million–dollar fundraising turnarounds, launched award-winning campaigns, and equipped dozens of nonprofits with the systems and clarity they need to grow.


Before founding Onyx, Braden served in executive development roles where he led major donor campaigns, rebuilt development operations, and helped organizations overcome significant financial and operational challenges.
